Description

Another early photograph this time of Dinas Railway station from around 1900. By this time the Mawddwy Railway was struggling to survive and a few years later it closed down due to lack of investment. Eventually it was taken over by the Cambrian Line and re-opened with great ceremony in 1910. From the collection of Gwyndaf Breese.
