A poster detailing the scale of rates chargeable from December 1841 for goods carried on the canal, collateral cuts, railways or tramroads owned by the Kidwelly and Llanelly canal company. Thomas Bowen is noted as the Collector at Viaduct Cottage. He was a surveyor from Carway who lived at Aqueduct Cottage Pembrey and Moat, Kidwelly.
