very short neck. Nose a little inclined to turn up. Pale
Complexion, rather a blunt manner and bold talker.
Has the appearance of a sea faring Man and loose swaggering
walk usually wore Black Coat and Waistcoat and Dark Trowsers wears
a small neck Hand kerchief round his neck shewing his Shirt collars -
Severally stands charged with High Treason
