Thomas Watts -Hallier - of Gelygross
in the parish of Monythusloyne
Hallier - States that -

On Monday morning the 4th Novr
last about 1/2 past 10 o'Clock in
the morning as I was coming down
the Tram Road between the Waterloo
_____Courtybella
and the ^ Machine , I met Zephaniah
Williams coming from the
direction of the Westgate - he was looking
down on the ground - From
my having frequently seen him and
knowing that he had been very active
amongst the Chartists I took particular
notice of him - I did not speak to
him - Just afterwards I met
Jack the Fifer coming from the same
direction -
