For Conspiracy & Making Bullets

Brief for the prosecution
Indictment - For conspiring on 1st October and other days at
Bedwellty with divers persons to raise Insurrections &c and to
obstruct the due execution of the law and to procure fire arms
powder and bullets for more effectually carrying said conspiracy
into effect and that sd Evan Edwards in furtherance of sd Conspiracy
did on the 1st November and other days at Bedwellty procure cast & make
divers bullets for the purpose of being used for loading fire arms for more
effectually carrying into effect the sd Conspiracy against the peace &c

2nd Count - That Prisoner on 1st Novr & other days at Bedwellty
did procure cast and make 500 leaden bullets with intent
and for the purpose of the same being used for loading fire arms
for enabling divers evil disposed persons to make and raise
Insurrections and to obstruct the execution of the Laws
against the peace &c
