lodges with Henry Jones --- for whom he works
he left his lodgings this morning - - he
went to bed last night. he went out of
the house by himself . . he went for a walk
to St Brides he cannot tell
how far he walked. he was at St Brides
but cannot tell when he left. I called
at Mr Burfields house. I saw no one there.
I saw some cows & horses.

He was taken at the upper turnpike.
