Edmund Lloyd states I live at the Royal
Oak Public House at Blackwood. I saw
Frost, Zephania Williams, and Jones the
watchmaker in several days at this place -
Blackwood during the week previous
to the Riot. Zephaniah left his horse
at my house. It was there about 3
nights. he took his horse away on
the Friday before the third of November.
I know William Davis of this place
I have understood that the above parties
held Meetings at Blackwood and
neighbourhood the week before the
Riot. I never attended any of these
meetings myself but the accounts
