Sir I am Very Sorry to trouble You
So often as I do but I have been
here nine days on my own Expence
and when I made Aplication to You
Sir on Saturday last Sir Mr Watts
only Gave me ten Shillings to Pay
for what I have had and Want to
have there his many men he
Gave A Sovering to which his
having Everything found them
at the Black Swan and so I
Refer to You Sir to Know when
that his doing Right by me or
not Sir I lives as frugal as any
man In Monmouth I have A wife
_________________________shillings
to Keep and have no more than ten for
nine days and am quite out of money
it has Cost me Six Shillings and Sixpence
per day by day for Eating Drinking and my
bed with the Exception of any wages

for any money three meals & Victuals
I have Each day at one S and Six pence
Each meal and one Shilling for Drink
Each day and one Shilling for my bed
