Jenkin Morgan I did not speak to anyone when
I went to milk Monday morning after I came
from milking I spoke to W[illia]m Jones's servant
girl and ^ Mrs Parry the Hobler's wife that was about
5 o'Clock in the morning when Charloot
Edmunds came for Milk my Brother Evan [Morgan]
was with me that was between 5 & 6 Sunday
night the last person I saw that night
was my Brother.
Between 7 & 8 I saw Morgan James he
overtook me on the Pill road he askd me
if I would turn out the colliers was coming
down I told him I would have nothing
to do with you or them, he said you will
repent this was between 7 & 8 o'clock
Saturday night I spoke to no one but my wife
from that time untill 7 o'Clock Sunday
morning when I took the milk about
I did not see Morgan James untill Monday
morning 10 or 11 that was by the Macheen
[i.e the Court y bella machine]
