& to obstruct & prevent the due execution of the laws &
government of this realm & to change & alter the same
against the peace of our said Lady the Queen
her Crown & Dignity and the Jurors af[o]r[esai]d upon their
oath af[o]r[esai]d do further present that the said Lewis
Rowland heretofore to wit on the 4th day of Nov[embe]r in the
year af[o]r[esai]d with force & arms to wit at aforesaid Bedwas in
the County af[o]r[esai]d with divers other persons to the amount
of 2000 & more then & there unlawfully & riotously
routously assembled then & there made
a great riot routs & unlawful assembly
& kept &continued so unlawfully riotously & routously assembled as afo[resai]d ...
making such riot & unlawful assembly afsd for a long space of time
to wit the 4...[?] agst the peace of our Lady the Queen her Crown
& Dignity .
