Dear Sir

It may not be

unimportant to notice that
true Bills were found by
the Grand Jury at the late
Special Commission in every
case preferred against Frost
and the other Newport
Insurgents. The Grand

Jury expressed their very
great satisfaction at the
manner in which the
Evidence in support of the
Bills in such important
cases had been presented
to them and which relieved

them from much difficulty
and labour they so frequently
experience in the indiscriminate
manner in which the names
of the witnesses are indorsed
upon the Bills

Yours faithfully

WTH Phelps
