To the Governor of Her Majestys
Gaol at Monmouth

You are hereby authorized and
required to take and detain
the Cloaths in which the
Several Prisoners charged

with High Treason or other
offences connected with the
Riots at Newport and further
that you cause the said several
Prisoners to appear in Court
^ to take their Trials in the Cloaths in
which they were respectively
commited to your Custody
Given under our Hands
