I send you the writ of Hab Corp for
Hemmings to testify agt Cibby [?Gibby] before the Magistrates
at Monmouth and the form of the afft. to be made
by Mr Phelps to obtain Mr Justice Williams signature
thereto - I have thought it best to send you also
another writ for the witness to put before the
Grand Jury and on the Trial in case Cibby
should be committed for trial and the Gaoler
might not feel justified in keeping him at
Monmouth for the last mentioned
purposes without a writ. I send you also
the form of Afft[?] to obtain the Judges Signature
to the last named writ
