we beg to acknowledge
your Lordships Communication
thro' Mr Phillips of the 5th Instant
and acting upon the Instructions
contained in it We caused
8 Nos of the Vindicator of yesterday's
date to be purchased The Paper
it appears is reduced in price
and size this Week not as is avowed

to believe of its assuming a new
Title under the pretext of a
Rival publication which
was referred to in the last number
and thus as the moment when
the law would be likely to take Effect
the parties would
be in a situation to discontinue
this publication

at 12 Oclock hearing the Shop was
open we instructed the Police to
