Annie Williams [back row 4th along] was a student on the one-year agriculture course, 1950-51. After she left Llysfasi, Annie went to work at Ddol Farm, in Llansannan, where she made cheeses, butter, etc. She became known as ‘Annie Ddol’ and continued to work there until her marriage, when she moved to Bala. There she owned the Caffi’r Cyfnod for many years until her retirement. She died in January 2017 and her ashes were scattered, according to her wishes, over the Hiraethog Moors, an area that was very close to her heart.
