Description
Image of a photograph of a group in fancy dress, possibly at Rhayader Carnival, shown at Smithfield, Rhayader. The figure at front left has been identified as Mrs Minnie Samuel, landlady of the Crown Inn. A note on the photograph's frame reads 'T. L. Evans, 1 Wye View Terrace, Rhayader', and it is estimated to have been taken in 1925.
