Description

A pre WW2 1930's Breconshire Special Constabulary Reserve Official handbook. An instructional and advisory publication giving advice to officers when dealing with various incidents or occurrences.

The Foreword is written by C. G. Cole - Hamilton, Chief Constable of Breconshire.

Breconshire Constabulary was one of the smallest county police forces in Wales. It ceased to exist, when on the 1st April 1948, it became part of the newly formed Mid-Wales Constabulary.

A 50 page booklet, measuring 7.25ins x 5ins. Written in pencil on the front inside cover is the name T. Llewellyn Jones.
