William Arthur Llewellyn Jones was known as William or Will.

He was born in Llangadock, Carmarthenshire in 1895 and died in h in 1964 at Penarth.
1913 - He joined the Carmarthenshire Constabulary at the age of 18 and was stationed at Penygroes, Llandybie.
1915 - He and some of his colleagues joined the Welsh Guards. He fought on the Western Front until returning home early
1919. 1922 - Appointed Sergeant at Llandeilo Police Station.
1936 - Promoted to Inspector at Llanelly Dock.
1941 - Appointed Inspector in change at Ammanford.
