Colin Jackson is one of the greatest Welsh athletes to have lived. His acheivements include gold at the 110 metre hurdles at the 1993 and 1999 World Champisonships, and first place at the European Champion three times running (1990, 1994, 1998).
At the time of writing, he was the holder of the world record, indoors and out, at 60m Hurdles and 110m Hurdles respectively.
