"This is the document produced by the 1989 Membership committee of the Welsh National Gymnafa Ganu Association (now Welsh North American Association) from data obtained following a survey of persons who have attended one of the annual National Gymanfa Ganu weekends but who had not taken out membership in the Association, in order to glean opinion on Demographics, Strucure and Management of this group with a view to developing recruitment programs.
