Description
May 1992 saw the opening of Ebbw Vale steelworks' south gates once more for the six-month-long National Garden Festival of Wales. Thousands of visitors flocked to see the transformed steelworks site which had been redeveloped with thousands of plants and trees giving colour to the old steel site.
