This clip explains how eco housing will be developed at the site of Ebbw Vale Steelworks. It was written and recorded by Coleg Gwent students in 2009 as part of their BTECH course. The houses that are being built on the site have been designed by the Welsh Assembly Government and Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council in association with the building Research Establishment.
