Wedding Day celebrations of the marriage between Maldwyn ap Rhys of Trebanos, Swansea and Jenny Lloyd of Cilfynnydd, Pontypridd. Maldwyn and Jenny met originally in Ohio while he was an exchange teacher at Barberton High School and Jenny was staying with her aunt, who had emigrated to Ohio some years earlier. Although they met at that time in the early 1950s, it was more than 10 years later they met again while both living and teaching in London that they got married. The couple later retired back to Wales, setting up home in The Verlands, Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan, a central location between where each had been born and grew up.
