Karen Pimbley interviews creative producer and ex-independent dance artist Carole Blade about her experience in contemporary dance in Wales, from growing up in Cardiff as a member of Jumpers Youth, performing across the country with Moving Being and then moving to London to train as a professional dancer. She also talks about moving back to Cardiff and the dance landscape of the 1980s/90s, becoming a choreographer and being instrumental in the development of Welsh Independent dance where she was a producer for a number of years.
