Laura Ashley Burgandy tartan pleated skirt. Wool/cotton, poly lining. Made in Britain in the mid to late 1980s. Viv Williams was a manager at the first Laura Ashley store in Glasgow, then moved to Wales and worked as the mail order manager before moving to merchandising/marketing manager selecting clothes for 'by post' catalogues.
