Spot dress, large white collar (Laura Ashley). Cotton. Made around late 1970s, early 1980s. Viv Williams was a manager at the first Laura Ashley store in Glasgow, then moved to Wales and worked as the mail order manager before moving to merchandising/marketing manager selecting clothes for 'by post' catalogues.
