This could be either Dwynwen or Elizabeth Ann, probably the latter. They were the youngest children of Maurice and Ellen Ann Williams (nee Jones). Elizabeth Ann was born in 1930, Dwynwen in 1936. Sadly, neither child lived long. Elizabeth Ann died of diptheria in 1937 and Dwynwen died in 1938. She was born with the arteries in her heart the wrong way round.
