By the end of the nineteenth century, Llandeilo had its fair share of performance venues, such as the chapels, the Civic Hall (or Drill Hall / Victoria Hall), Market Hall, and St Teilo's Church. These hosted countless concerts, fundraisers, and eisteddfodau, which drew audiences from far and wide. This is a programme of a Sacred Concert held under the auspices of the Llandilo Chamber of Trade at the Market Hall Llandilo / Llandeilo on Sunday, 15 July 1928. The Accompanists were Miss Nancy Jones and Mr R. J. Evans; and the President was William Hopkins Esq JP.
