By the end of the nineteenth century, Llandeilo had its fair share of performance venues, such as the chapels, the Civic Hall (or Drill Hall / Victoria Hall), Market Hall, and St Teilo's Church. These hosted countless concerts, fundraisers, and eisteddfodau, which drew audiences from far and wide. This is a programme for performances by the Llandeilo Church Band of Hope of "The Toy Shop" and "Shavings from Shakespeare ", Country Dances and Christy Minstrels at Drill Hall, Llandeilo, on 10 and 11 February 1926. The accompanist was Miss Nancy Jones.
