Photograph of Margaret Ann Weaving, formerly Morgans (1875-1905) of Ynyshir, RCT. A Welsh speaker, Margaret was born in Dowlais but moved to the Rhondda with her widowed mother. Margaret married George Weaving from Gloucestershire, and had 3 children only one of whom survived to adulthood. Margaret died of a complication of pregnancy 6 October 1905. The second item is a memorial card that would have been given to family and friends to remember her by.
