Michael Clay becoming High Sheriff of Glamorgan 1991. Photograph taken in Cowbridge Town Hall. Michael Clay held this office for a year and chose to be sworn in in the Council Chamber, Cowbridge Town Hall, as opposed to Cardiff Mansion House.
