Eight members of the Dowlais Visual Art Group were provided with a bus by Cardiff Museum to attend Penrhiwceiber’s Community Exhibition, on 10th April. Members of the community gave a warm welcome and tour of several venues that exhibited mining artifacts, Lino print, photographs and objects from the community. Dowlais art group and the Penrhiwceiber community will be collaborating with the Cardiff Museum’s Valleys Re-told Exhibition opening in May 2024 which will run for at least 6 months.
