The soldiers are seated on horseback and from their uniforms they are shown to be officers. They are pictured here at the Military Camp on the Conwy Morfa around the outbreak of World War One. This site was later used in World War Two for the secret construction of the Mulberry Harbour used in the D-Day landings in Northern France.
