This is a photograph of the passing out parade of a class of Metropolitan Police Officers at the Police training college in Hendon, North London in 1996. Ten years earlier a Police Officer who is marching in the colour party at the front, joined the Royal Air Force Police. That officer was Neil Davies, whose career in the RAF can be read at the West Wales Veterans Archive on the Peoples collection Wales website.
