Pictured here is a visiting Police Commander from the Russian Federation, presenting PC Neil Davies with an award at the passing out parade of Police Constable training course 5/96 at the Metropolitan Police Training School, Hendon. The award was a Top in class award and the Russian Police Commander was visiting to recognize the passing out of several Russian Police recruits, who completed the course, as an exchange visit. The photograph is published to compliment Neil's collection at the West Wales Veterans Archive collection on the People's collection Wales website.
