A 1960s photograph of 3 boys on a vespa at Penycoed Farm, Llangain. From left to right - Gerald Davies (Dolaumeinion), Peter Owen (Cartref), Haydn Williams ( Penycoed). In the far background is a milk stand which appears to be made of wood / railways sleepers. None of these wooden stands survive in 2024 and this is the only photo of one I have discovered whilst curating the Carmarthenshire collection of milk stands.
