Mitchell Court was built in the 1960s by Rhondda Borough Council and was composed of flats and maisonettes. By 2024 they had become dilapidated and the decision was made to demolish them and redevelop the site. Also included in the redevelopment plans was the neighbouring RCT social services building. All residents were moved out in 2024. The photos show the flats from Berw Road, Court St., and the bus station as well as the internal road entrance with 2 views of social services building.
