LEICA R7 SLR camera in presentation case with hardbound book, 'Leica R7' by Arthur Landt. Lens:- Vario Elmarit- R 28mm-70mm zoom f3.5 to f4.5, with hood, Leica soft lens case. This is the late 'ROM' version issued for the R8/R9 SLR's. The lens is beautiful. What more to say, it's a LEICA.
