HMS ST VINCENT MESS 1963
Description
This is a photograph of a boys Mess at the Royal Navy boy trainings school HMS St Vincent in 1963. The Mess is ready for inspection by a senior officer. The photograph is published in relation to the career in the Royal Navy of Mr Graham Davies, formerly of Pembroke, Wales. Graham served an engagement of twelve years in the Royal Navy between 1963 to 1975. He joined as a boy entrant. A narrative account of his career and various other material can be viewed online in the Graham Davies collection at the West Wales Veterans Archive on the Peoples collection Wales website. Graham has kept this photo as a reminder of his time at the school.
