This is a photograph in the possession of Mr David Griffiths. Dai served in the RAF regiment in the 1950s. In this photograph Dai is pictured in the smart plain clothes with his Blazer off at an RAF base in Cyprus int he 1950s. Dai is dressed for VIP protection duty. Note the sidearm in the shoulder holster.
