Description

This is a short film made by Age Cymru Dyfed in 2023 to preserve some memories of childhood in Britain during World War Two. The people in this film offer a brief but fascinating description of what life was like for children living in Britain during the war. The peoples takign poart in this film are Bill Shepherd of Cardigan, Ceredig Evans of Aberystwyth, Harry Comley of Cardigan, John Hubbard and his partner Janet from Aberystwyth, Dennis Pikes of Ffostrasol and John Powel of Llandysul. Thanks to all these survivors of the war, for sharing their memories and Volunteer Steven Munro for recording and editing this video film.
