Ceinws Esgairgeiliog. The Irene Williams Art Exhibition was opened at the Plas, Machynlleth by lady Eirene White, who was presented with an etching on behalf of Irene Williams by the chairman of the Machynlleth League of Friends Mrs Ann Humphreys. Part of the proceeds of the exhibition will go to the Machynlleth district Hospital Cardiac Machine Fund. Irene Williams lived at the Plas Rhiwgreiddyn, Esgairgeiliog. I believe that the etching is a copy of a coloured painting of Pantperthog by Irene Williams and can be viewed in Ceinws Archive in the Pantperthog school collection.
