This shows Mrs Raw, Tyllwyd on the left, with an unidentified man in the middle and Miss Mari Evans, last Headteacher of Cwmystwyth School. They are holding the board which shows the tolls to be paid to pass through the gate. It's difficult to read, but it looks as though it says (at the top of the board) 'This Gate clears the Tynyrhyd, Ysbytty and Ponterwyd Gates'. We're not sure where the board is now but we think it may be in Ceredigion Museum in Aberystwyth.
