This photograph shows the medals awarded to Ernie Hughes for his service in the RAF and Ambulance service. On the left is the Africa General Service Medal with the Kenya clasp for general service (1952-56). In the centre is the Ambulance long service and good conduct medal and to the right is the Ambulance service Chief Officers association medal.
