Rehoboth chapel Corris.1922
Description
This is a copy of a postcard by Donald S. George of the Rehoboth chapel, Corris. On September 19th 1922, there was a terrible storm at the village of Corris and a roaring sound coming from the direction of Rehoboth chapel and the school. The water running down the mountain crashed against one of the chapel walls and gave way. The interior was filled with water, mud and rocks. Luckily there were no casualties as the children were safe in the school.
