This is 77, Cwmgarw Road, Brynaman and is now a private house. It was originally Morgan and Evans, General Grocer. The shop was owned by William Owens in 1923 and was a General Grocer and Animal Feed Supplier. In the 1950s the shop was run by Mr & Mrs Godfrey Morgan. In latter days the shop was run by Mr & Mrs Gwilym Evans. Mr Godfrey Morgan had greenhouses on Llandeilo Road to supply fresh produce to the shop. The shop was closed by 1980.
