Description
The lamp belonged to Edward Owen Jones, he brought it back as a souvenir from the German trenches. The Oxy acetylene lamp otherwise called a carbide lamp gives off light when water is slowly dripped into the main chamber reacting with the calcium carbonate to produce acetylene gas.
