Photograph of John Morris Parry, Cwm y Glo who joined the Medical Corps as he didn't want to handle guns. After leaving the army he became a volunteer at the Dinorwic Quarrymen's hospital. His brother Robert David Parry was also in the Medical Corps. They both survived the war.
