Kate Green 74, St. Peter's Road, Great Yarmouth was the wife of Second Lieutenant Thomas Green of the Royal Garrison Artillery who died on 28 October 1916 aged 29. He was the son of Thomas Green, Blackpill Swansea. He's buried at Becourt Military Cemetery, Becordel - Becourt. Kate wrote this letter following the death of her husband and refers to receiving an annual widows pension of a £100.
