Ticket to attend tea following the unveiling of the Caradog's memorial, Aberdare, 1920

Description

The memorial to Griffith Rhys Jones (1834-97) or 'Caradog', conductor of the Côr Mawr, still stands in Aberdare. The 'survivors' referred to on this ticket were the singers who sang with the Côr Mawr during the Crystal Palace competitions of 1872 and 1873.
